Maries Art Reviews

Established brand: Maries says the brand has been established for over 100 years and is a national art-products brand in China.

Affordable quality: Reviews of Maries watercolor products describe them as good quality, highly pigmented, and not chalky.

Good for beginners and hobbyists: One review recommends it for students, beginners, and budget-conscious artists because the paints are affordable and usable for practice.

Useful product info: A review notes that pigment and lightfastness information is available, which helps with paint selection.

Hard to find in some markets: One review says Maries watercolor products can be difficult to find and may be effectively controlled by a limited seller network.

Not much independent site feedback: The search results contain far more product reviews than website/service reviews, so there is limited evidence about mariesart.com’s shipping, support, or checkout experience.

Mixed availability/product consistency: Some reviews mention certain paints granulate well, which is a plus for some artists but may be a downside if a smoother finish is preferred.
